2) Choose Your Floor Plan
Now that we have selected a few floor plans to match your criteria, your Building Consultant can consult with you on choosing the custom house plan that is right for you family.
3) Custom Floor Plan Modification
Now it’s time to personalize your home. Need more storage space? Need a larger bedroom? Want to add a garage? Now is the time. Your Building Consultant can make adjustments to the plan and send it to estimating to determine the additional costs of making the changes before we proceed.
4) Don’t Forget The Details
Hardwood floors, granite countertops, stacked stone fireplaces, special feature that can make your home uniquely yours can be added at this point. 5) What’s The Total Cost
When all of the final touches have been added and the site improvements have been estimated, your Building Consultant will give you the final cost to build your new home.
6) Sign The Building Agreement
After the contract is signed, the building process begins.
